Davos, located in Canton Graubunden in the East of the country, is approximately 120km as the crow flies South East of Zurich. There are several possibilities you can take when travelling to Davos:
There are a couple of routes from the UK but assuming a journey via Calais and the Channel Tunnel we would recommend a route via Reims and Nancy before entering Switzerland in Basel and completing your journey on to Zurich. This is approximately 920km with an expected journey time of around ten hours. However, if you prefer to avoid some of the toll roads in France it is possible to travel via Belgium and Luxembourg. This option is approximately 20 minutes longer but saves around €20.- in toll charges.
Please note that when driving you will need to purchase a Vignette at the Swiss border in order to use Swiss motorways. A Vignette is CHF40.- and is valid from December 1st each year for a period of 14 months.
