Qualifications:
Mauro is a ski instructor with many technical tools, patience and empathy. He comes from Patagonia Argentina, and started his career back in 2010. During his 13 winter seasons, he has worked and trained as an instructor and as a ski racing coach in Argentina, Spain and Switzerland. He speak English and Spanish.
What is your top technical tip?
My top technical tip would depend entirely on the person I am teaching, as we all learn in different ways. I usually emphasize focusing on bodily sensations as a means of learning.
What I love about instructing is the contact with people, the exchange of experiences and the learning relationship that is established. Teaching in itself is fascinating and even more so being able to teach a sport that I am so passionate about. If this was not enough, doing it in the amazing environment of the mountains is magical.
