Childrens Group Lessons Grindelwald
We run childrens ski lessons in Grindelwald and teens group ski lessons during the whole season starting from 3 years. We are the only school to run Groups lessons in English and your kids can make new friends and have fun on the hill, together with our fantastic instructors who are are qualified, experienced and first aid trained. They also absolutely love helping children to improve and build confidence.
We will never cancel your group ski lesson in Grindelwald when your place has been confirmed. However if your child is the only one booked in, we may reduce the running time of the group.
Childrens Ski Lessons Grindelwald - Polar Bears Club
Groups are split by your child’s ability level, so no matter if it’s their first time experiencing skiing or if they are cruising the red slopes, with our patient instructors they’ll improve and have lots of fun.
Half Day Lesson Times
from 9:30AM to 12:30PM
Kids Club - for skiers and boarders from 6 - 15 years
Our kids club is perfect for English speaking children and teens aged 6-15 years, with groups for all abilities from total beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders.
Our instructors are always qualified and love teaching kids.
With a maximum of 6 children in each, split by both age and ability, groups run each week and offer you the option of half or full days.

Extreme Kids Ski Lessons
Our Extreme kids groups are for high performing young skiers or snowboarders who can already confidently ski red runs in parallel and are looking to improve carving, powder moguls, race training or explore steeper slopes and itinerary routes.

F.A.Q
What languages are the Childrens Group Lessons lessons taught in?
The main language is English, however if possible we will try to match the instructor to the languages that you speak. Many of our instructors also speak second languages.
Where do groups meet?
All childrens group lessons meet by the TiPi at Kleine Scheidegg, the train station at the top of the mountain.
What happens if I choose the wrong level group?
On the first day we will always try to manage that every skier is in the correct group for their level. If for some reason you are placed in the wrong level we will always try to move you as quickly as possible to a suitable group.

Important information about the material to be brought from home, come prepared!
Sun cream and lip protector
Goggles / glasses that provide adequate UV protection

Correct fitting skis and boots
Parents must inform the instructor and school prior to any session of any medical conditions or special needs. We do expect any children on any lesson to be able to use the toilet unassisted.
