Meet the Ski Instructor Team
Our ski instructor team includes native English speaking instructors and instructors from all around the world (who also speak English fluently plus many other languages!). Lessons are available in English, German, Russian, Czech and French.
Lauma
Lauma lives in Zermatt and when not teaching skiing she is also working as a physio. Her goal is always to put a smile on your face, and share her passion of the mountains.

Manu
Manu is a ski and snowboard instructor who has been teaching three full winter seasons in Austria and at an indoor slope in the Netherlands. When not on his skies or snowboard he works as a lifgueard and tries to spend his free time surfing and out in nature as mutch as posible.

Eve has lots of experience in teaching both children and adults and her engaging teaching style focuses on building confidence and skill, ensuring that every guest feels supported on their journey. Eve’s love for the mountains and her friendly approach makes her an inspiring guide for guests looking to hit the slopes!

Alex loves to share his passion for skiing. Furthering technique, and increasing confidence is soo important, whilst making sure everyone has fun, and leaves with a smile on their face!

Laughing is saar’s daily workout – so humor is always included in the lesson. For 3 years she has been teaching in a school, and when she’s not on the slopes, surfing is her second favorite sport. So she works at a surfcamp in Belgium and France.

Yves loves to share his passion for skiing in the mountains. He enjoys helping his clients to improve their confidence on the slopes. Off snow he loves spending time with his wife and two boys.

Martina
Martina is an enthusiastic and cheerful ski instructor who has experience teaching in Mendoza(Argentina) and Vermont(United States). Her passion and dedication to fostering a fun, safe and educational environment on the slopes has enabled her to successfully guide students of all ages and skill levels.

She has expeirience teaching all levels and ages, she will make sure you not only learn but have fun while doing so. She is a fun, bright and bubbly person who enjoys getting to know you and your goals for lessons. She recently completed her economics degree and enjoys the outdoors and music when she is not instructing.

Rogier is a patient and enthusiastic instructor who loves sharing his passion for skiing and the mountains with his clients. Outside of teaching, he works as a video producer and enjoys playing tennis and mountain climbing.

A fun and young ski instructor from Ireland who loves the outdoors. Hamish has also coached rugby and instructed Kayaking. A very relaxed teacher who aims to build confidence, maximize learning and have lots of fun along the way.

What happens in our adult group lessons in Grindelwald?
Childrens group lessons in Zermatt run from the ages of 6-16 years old. Lessons run from 9-12 and you can start on a Sunday or Monday.
