With the worldwide situation still uncertain with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the premature closure of ski resorts across Europe in March 2020, we wanted to offer our clients peace of mind when booking ski lessons.
For the moment, we remain confident that we will be open as normal and are looking forward to a fantastic winter ahead. Our Swiss resorts have all been open this summer with the Swiss Federal lockdown having been lifted at the end of April, and in all resorts the summer lift and public transport facilities have been operating normally. In fact, Switzerland has been voted the Safest Country to be in with regard to the COVID pandemic.
However, we are aware that the situation remains subject to change at any time, and that there is still no reliable treatment, cure or vaccine for COVID-19 at the moment. We know that the ability to travel between countries is not as guaranteed as it used to be, with government imposed restrictions and quarantines still possible moving forward, as well as the possibility of having to isolate if you or someone you know falls ill.
As such, we have included the additional terms within our cancellation policy, so that at least from our side, you are covered for most situations should unfortunate circumstances mean you need to cancel or reschedule your trip.
We hope that these guarantees will give you the confidence to book and reserve your favourite instructor with the assurance that if your plans change due to any of the above circumstances, that you will receive all your money back in full.
